You have two options, one would be Pisa Airport (45-50 Minutes from the Villa) or Florence Airport (50-60 Minutes to the Villa).

This is entirely up to you! Feel free to utilize the travel agent available, he can help you book your flights. Ex: Lufthansa, American, British Airways

This is also entirely up to you! The bride and groom will be traveling from July 16th through July 27th. Feel free to stay any length of time you would like.

If you'd like to take part in the Villa activities for the 4 days, please plan to arrive by July 17th and leaving the late Morning of July 21st. The Wedding will be held the Evening of July 19th. Please note there is a time difference. (PA, NY, NC: 6+ Hours, CA: 9+ Hours). Most flights you will fly through the Night.

You can coordinate a car service through the travel agent, or you can also grab a Taxi outside of the airport. (45 to 60 Minutes from the airport to the Villa.) You most likely will not need to rent a car, there is many means of transportation at the location we are at.

There are a few options you would have. The Villa can only accommodate a certain number of guests and these will be reserved for the immediate family and the wedding party. Or feel free to book a Hotel with the Travel Agent or book an AirBnB if you would prefer.

It is always a good idea to have cash when traveling. They do accept visa in many of their establishments, you can exchange currency at an airport, and there is a bank in Lucca where you can get more Euros if you need. (Check with your local bank, many can exchange currency but it will take at minimum a month to arrive.)

Some things to make sure you pack are a travel adaptor specifically designed for Italian outlets, a travel phone charger, a poncho or travel umbrella, comfortable shoes, a bathing suit, and for women a scarf or pashmina if you plan on visiting any holy locations.
