Welcome to our website - we're so glad you're here. Thank you for all of your love and support during this crazy time. We've created this website as a helpful resource for our upcoming adventure in Italy and all wedding details/updates moving forward. Cooking Class at the Villa

Attire: Casual

We will be preparing our meal for dinner! The class doesn't begin until the afternoon so feel free to use this day for an excursion of your choice. The Cooking Class will begin at 4PM with Dinner to be served around 8PM. • Bruschetta with tomato and basil • Ravioli (handmade pasta) filled with ricotta cheese and served with butter and sage sauce • Chicken with lemon, aromatic herbs and Tuscan olives • Cooked peppers in tomato and basil sauce • “Panna cotta” cooked cream with strawberries or wildberries sauce

Wine Tasting & Lunch at nearby Farmhouse

Wine tasting and light lunch at a walking distance Farmhouse called Tenuta di Valgiano. We will visit the cellars, then move to the villa’s garden where the chef will prepare a meal using seasonal vegetables, together with meat or fish dishes. • Baked stuffed courgette flowers served with “Palistorti di Valgiano” white 2023 • Yellow ravioli filled with smoked scamorza, courgettes and hazelnuts flavored with peas Paired with “Mazzapink” rosso” IGT 2022 • Veal with tuna sauce, with green salad garnishes, sautéed courgettes and red chard paired with “Palistorti di Valgiano” red 2022 • Soft yogurt and strawberry cake • Fruits • Coffee
